- You can find current offers for Staff Training Weeks in the iMOTION database, making sure that the participation fee is as low as possible.
- Contact the partner institution to plan your individual mobility or apply to take part in a Staff Mobility Week.
- As soon as you receive an official invitation from the partner institution, please inform the Centre for International*Quality at the PH NÖ.
- Before the start of your stay abroad, the Centre for International*Quality at the University of Teacher Education Lower Austria must receive your business trip application as well as the Mobility Agreement (which documents the content of the stay) and the Grant Agreement (which documents the financial support for the stay), fully completed and signed by all parties.
- Following your stay, you must submit a Certificate of Attendance signed by the partner institution (confirming the actual stay) and complete the EU Online Survey on your experience abroad.
The International Office will inform you about current offers from partner universities and other institutions and will be pleased to assist you in making contact with your desired host institution.
